P3 Health Partners Inc.'s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held:

The 2023 Annual Meeting will be a completely virtual meeting and will be conducted via live webcast. Holders of record of our Class A and Class V common stock as of the close of business on May 30, 2023 (the "Record Date") or “street name” holders that hold a valid proxy, broker’s proxy card or voting information form provided by a bank, broker or nominee, will be able to attend the meeting online and vote their shares electronically by accessing www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/PIII2023 and entering the 16-digit control number included in their proxy materials.
